Welcome to the Results Bridge System.

This portal is here to help you use the system, not just read about it.

You do not need to understand the whole library before you begin. Start with what you need right now, then follow the path to the right tool, workbook page, or manual.

Daily Check In

The Daily Check-in is a really good place to start. This isn't just for today as you're reading this, but for every day, or even throughout the day. It provides a quick orientation using the techniques we share to ask:

  1. Where am I at?
  2. Which village am I at?
  3. Which road am I on?

This is so important because when you think about it, you are navigating through a terrain. You are going from where you are to where you want to be, and every once in a while, it's really handy to see where you are on your journey. From there, you can decide what tools or vehicles you want to use to keep the process moving.

Remember, this is your journey. This is why understanding is so important, and why it is vital to get really good at checking in across three areas:

  1. Your body (somatics)
  2. Your mind (that non-physical process)
  3. Your external environment

Checking in with these helps you orient yourself so you can move forward predictably and efficiently to make progress.

What this helps you answer:

The first move is not to judge yourself.

The first move is to locate yourself.

EMERGENCY RESET

Get your balance back

You've been knocked off balance. That's all this is. You don't need to know why right now, and you don't need to fix anything yet. You just need to get steady again. Follow these in order. Don't skip ahead.

  1. Feet Feel your feet on the floor. Press down gently. Notice the contact.
  2. Breathe Out Take a slow breath in. Let the exhale go long — longer than feels natural. Let it fully finish. Do this 3 times.
  3. Drop Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw unclench. You don't have to make this happen — just stop holding it.
  4. Look Let your eyes move slowly around wherever you are. Not searching for anything. Just looking. Find one thing. Rest there a moment.
